We are looking for a high-performing Adminsrtation Assistant to help us meet our customer acquisition and targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. We are a high energy and busy Tire/Automotive business that is looking for qualified Administration Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phones
- Organizational skills a must
- Assist in the preparation of work throughout the day
- Assist Management in daily tasks
- Maintain all filing systems
- A/P and A/R tasks
- Parts and customer runner
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Valid Driver’s License
Skills
- 1+ year experience in Tire/Automotive Retail Store/Industry
- Experience in using office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time managements skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Committed to being cross trained in all services we offer
- Attention to detail
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
